It’s a seasonal pig roast! Ryan Lowder, Executive Chef for the esteemed Copper Onion and new project Plum Alley, has teamed up with local rancher Christiansen’s Hog Heaven to prepare a feast fit for a locavore. Liberty Heights Fresh, Creminelli Fine Meats, Ruby Snap, High West Distillery and Uinta Brewing Co. will all be on deck with fresh preparations.
